Turnaround Time
Many items ship within 1-3 days. If your order needs to be dyed, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to process before being shipped. This ensures that multiple skein orders are well matched.

Shipping & Returns
We ship using our choice of either USPS or UPS. If your order qualifies for Free US Shipping we will choose the most economical service, in most cases being USPS Ground. About Our Process
Each skein is dyed and processed by hand in a small studio in Western NY. You'll find new colors popping up frequently as inspiration comes daily from life's tiny surprises.
