Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Some countries will hold shipments at customs for inspections. All packages are marked as “merchandise” with order value. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees that may be applied to your order.
International packages are sent via USPS. First Class International does not include tracking outside US borders. Once it has left the states we can't provide further details on transit. If you have any questions about your package’s location, please contact your local carrier or customs agency to provide more details.
You can insure your shipment (including shipping costs) against loss, damage or theft for up to $5,000 USD. We can send an additional invoice for this option, fees are customers responsibility.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here typically take 3-7 business days to arrive once your items ship. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from anywhere from 1-8 weeks to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. If your order qualifies for Free US Shipping we will choose the most economical service, in most cases being USPS Ground.
In stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Orders that need to be dyed can take 5-7 business days to process before shipping. Please keep in mind that this is the timeframe your order takes to be prepared for USPS or UPS pick-up. Once the delivery service has a hold of your package we cannot control it. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If your order qualifies for Free US Shipping we will choose the most economical service, in most cases being USPS Ground.
If your order has not yet been processed we are happy to combine orders. If you have not received a tracking number on the original order it’s not too late! Please email info@spunrightround.com as soon as possible and provide us the order numbers you’d like combined. Be sure to also leave a note at checkout on the additional order. We’ll combine shipping and refund any over charges once your items are packed and processed.
Yes! Either follow the prompt at checkout. Studio hours are M-F. We will hold your order for up to 30 days. If pick-up cannot be arranged we will charge for postage and ship instead.

We have a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwound or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, color of the month, custom products (such as special orders or dyed to order), and seasonal collections (such as Halloween Countdown and the December Countdown). We also do not accept returns for discontinued products or any other sales marked as final. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwound or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are not responsible for the security of packages after they have been delivered. If you suspect mail theft, please notify your local authorities and file a claim through USPS.
We are a private dye studio and do not have a retail storefront. We encourage you to visit our local yarn shop, Lift Bridge Yarns to see our yarns in person though!
All yarns are dyed in small batches of 3-4 skeins. Please order all skeins needed for your project at the same time to ensure the best possible similarities. If we cannot provide a cohesive bundle with what is in stock your order will be dyed for you. If this takes it outside of our regular shipping time you will be notified. It is strongly recommended that you alternate skeins when using more than one skein of a color in any project. Find out how to do that in this video tutorial.
We recommended to hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry. Some light bleeding may occur during the first few washes. If working with highly saturated pinks or reds, it is best to avoid working them with very pale colors.
Sorry, we don’t offer this service. We do not have winding equipment at the studio.
