Shipping policy

Orders typically ship with 1-3 business days. Orders that require items to be dyed usually take 5-7 business days, details on turnaround time are provided in the product listings. Please keep in mind that this is the timeframe your order takes to be prepared for USPS or UPS pick-up. Once the delivery service has a hold of your package we cannot control it. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. 
Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship USPS Ground.

International packages are sent via USPS, First Class International does not include tracking outside US borders. Once it has left the states we further details on transit. If you have any questions about your package’s location, please contact your local carrier or customs agency to provide more details. Shipments can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to arrive.

Some countries will hold shipments at customs for inspections. All packages are marked as “merchandise” with amount paid. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees that may be applied to your order.
