If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order. Prior to returning any items you must send a message to confirm it is eligible for a refund. Returns are only accepted on yarn in it's original condition, all yarn must be in a hank and in it's original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping unless there was an error on our end.  Sale items, custom orders and dyed to order purchases are not returnable. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, refunds will then be given once the item(s) arrives.


All yarns are dyed and washed thoroughly, but some light bleeding may occur during the first few washes. Please hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

Yarn Photos:
Every effort is made to photograph colors as accurately as possible but please keep in mind that colors can appear differently on different monitors. Neons are especially hard to photograph! Please note that the yarn you receive may look different on your monitor than in person. The photo(s) shown in the listing are an example of the yarn you will receive. All of our yarns are dyed by hand in small batches of 3-4 skeins.  Each skein is unique and saturation or speckles will vary. It is recommended that when working on larger projects to alternate between skeins every couple of rows.

Winding Services:

Sorry, we do not offer ball winding services at this time.

Shipping time:

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing. Pre-orders and dyed-to-order items can take up to 14 days to ship. Due to the volume of orders we are not always able to combine shipping but will do our best to do so.

Once shipped, delivery time can vary depending on location. Regardless of your location, if you have a question about locating a delayed package, contact your local post or follow the provided tracking information. We cannot obtain any more information on a lost package than the addressee can. Any claims are the responsibility of the buyer and can be made through

Shipping Insurance:

Spun Right Round is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. US Priority shipping comes with $50 of insurance, additional insurance can be purchased separately. If you wish to add insurance, please send a message via notes to seller in checkout and we can send an invoice for the shipping upgrade. Insurance is optional but recommended for high value domestic packages and all international packages. A separate PayPal invoice will be sent once insurance cost is calculated. If your order qualifies for free shipping you'll only be invoiced for the cost of insurance. If the insurance invoice is not paid within 48 hours your package will be sent without the extra coverage.

International Shipping:

All packages are marked as merchandise at full value. Any customs charges are your responsibility. Shipping charges will be not be refunded if you decide to refuse your package for any reason. Insurance is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If you wish to add insurance, please send a message via notes to seller in checkout and we can send an invoice for the shipping upgrade. International buyers please note that customs may hold packages and you may be responsible for duty fees.
